Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing the PromptFox Chrome extension or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PromptFox.

2. Description of service

PromptFox is a browser extension and web service that helps you rewrite and enhance prompts on AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Mistral, and Grok. We offer a free tier with a weekly usage limit and paid tiers (Pro monthly, Pro yearly, Lifetime) with unlimited usage.

3. Free tier

The free tier allows up to 10 prompt enhancements per week, tied to your email address. Attempting to circumvent this limit (e.g. by creating multiple accounts or using automated scripts) is prohibited and may result in suspension.

4. Paid plans & refunds

  • Monthly / Yearly Pro — recurring subscriptions billed via Creem.io. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
  • Lifetime — a one-time payment granting lifetime access at the plan level purchased. Non-refundable after 7 days of purchase unless the service is permanently discontinued.
  • All payments are processed by Creem.io. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes — contact Creem.io support for billing issues.

5. License keys

Upon purchase you will receive a license key. License keys are for personal use only — one person, one account. You may not resell, share, or distribute your license key. We reserve the right to revoke keys found to be in violation of this policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use PromptFox to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly available.
  • Automate or script requests to our API beyond normal extension usage.
  • Attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities.

7. Intellectual property

PromptFox, its logo, and all associated branding are owned by Library of Apps. The extension code is proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or professional prompt writing.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

PromptFox is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that enhanced prompts will produce any particular result from a third-party AI platform. AI inference is provided by third-party providers (Groq, Google Gemini) and is subject to their availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Library of Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PromptFox. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PromptFox at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify paid users of significant changes. Lifetime plan holders will receive a pro-rated refund if we permanently shut down the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
